Our cases include the most complex and serious allegations of non accidental injury, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, fabricated and induced illness and neglect.

Our counsel are regularly in the High Court dealing with cases of the utmost urgency involving wardship, injunctive relief, and the inherent jurisdiction. The high profile nature of many of our cases involves consideration of Public Interest Immunity, publicity and restraint of publicity.

Specialist counsel can be provided at all levels of seniority (including Queen’s Counsel). We have considerable experience in representing parents, children, relatives, local authorities, prospective adopters, step-parents, foster parents, officers of CAFCASS and the Official Solicitor and we are dedicated to providing a high level of service to all our clients.
