On Friday 3rd December Stephen Cobb QC appeared on the BBC Radio 4 programme. He was interviewed by Sanchia Berg as part of her investigation into the Family Bar, and spoke about the withdrawal of legal aid in most private law family cases, the possible inpact on the courts of an increase in litigants in person both in numbers and in the complexity of cases being heard, and the difficulties of the provision of legal aid in cases involving domestic violence.
