Elena's practice covers a broad range of family law including public and private children cases and family finance. Areas of expertise and specialisation include ancillary relief, cohabitation disputes and schedule 1 applications; care proceedings and other disputes involving children.
She acts on behalf of parents, children or Local Authorities in public law cases, spouses in ancillary relief applications and she has expertise in private children cases including international and national relocation cases as well as intractable contact and residence disputes. She represents parties at fact-finding hearings and contested final hearings involving allegations of doemstic violenc, sexual abuse, and drug or alcohol abuse.
