I have a particular interest in the overlap between crime and family cases and have acted in both jurisdictions for clients involved in concurrent proceedings. I can assist family clients with matters arising from the criminal courts, for example: issues of disclosure from one set of proceedings into another; the effect of a POCA Restraining Order upon matrimonial assets being dealt with in the County Court; PII and police/CPS applications.
