Practice Profile
Lucy practices in three main areas of family law: public law children, private law children, and financial remedy cases, representing clients in all levels of court.
Her expertise includes representing parents and children in public law cases. In the private law field she acts for either parent in situations where contact and residence arrangements cannot be agreed. She regularly appears at fact finding hearings involving allegations of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and illegal substance or alcohol abuse.
Lucy also acts on behalf of spouses in financial remedy applications for assets both within and outside this jurisdiction. She is happy to accept instructions in relation to cohabitation disputes under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 and Schedule 1 claims.
