Administration

Our overriding aims are to provide all clients with the right barrister and to ensure excellence in all aspects of our service delivery. We are committed to being open and honest with solicitors about bookings, and we aim to keep any changes in Counsel to a minimum.

Chambers has a Business Review Team to co-ordinate further improvement of our service to clients and barristers alike. Howard Rayner is joined on this team by Shona Kelly (Chambers Manager), Chris Ferrison (Senior Clerking Manager), Harvinder kaur(PA to Chambers Manager) and our two Clerking Managers.  Shona oversees all operational and organisational aspects of Chambers; Chris deputises for Howard in the operation of the Clerks' Room and has a lead role in Family Graduated Fees and High Cost case processes; Harvinder manages general administration and co-ordinates our marketing activities.
