Shona joined chambers in July 2004, after ten years' experience in other barristers' chambers as well as practice management experience with architects, management consultants, public relations consultants and other professional organisations. Shona chairs Chambers' Management Committee and has responsibility for Chambers' finance, IT, HR, quality systems and accommodation. Shona shares joint responsibility with Howard for marketing.
