Professional experience and publications
Philip is now the co-author of the division on family breakdown in Butterworths Civil Court Precedents (from October 2006 issue)

He has worked in Ireland as a legal researcher at the Law Reform Commission, Dublin, where he was the Principal Legal Researcher on: (i) a Consultation Paper on Public Inquiries, published in March 2003; and (ii) a Consultation Paper on the Establishment of a DNA Database in Ireland, published in March 2004.

In 2002 Philip worked for the Victoria Climbi← Inquiry as part of the legal team.
