Henry Lamb, instructed by Tony McGovern of Creighton and Partners, successfully represented the child in S v London Borough of Islington [2025] EWHC 2780, in which The Honourable Mr Justice MacDonald sets out the correct legal test to be applied in circumstances where a parent seeks an injunction to prevent a Local Authority from carrying out vaccinations to a child who is the subject of an interim care order.
